Everyone at Strength in Numbers has been a service provider or worked in policy and advocacy at some point in their career. We understand from personal experience what it is like to make space for substantive learning while also collecting and analyzing data that is meaningful to seek funding and meet reporting requirements – all while holding the core parts of your job that allow you to serve and work alongside your community.

Our style is one of accompaniment. Whether you need a survey to represent your community’s emerging or enduring experiences of oppression so that your concerns are more taken seriously than anecdotal information, an assessment of what your community needs from you, a theory of change or program design reflecting responses and adaptations to those needs, or to measure and communicate your impact – we’ve got you. We have practical experience and creative responses to shrinking resources.
