Mission
Our mission is to help progressive nonprofits thrive by providing high quality, affordable research and evaluation consulting. We strive to conduct scientifically rigorous research that is inclusive of the communities affected by our work and consistent with our social justice values. We have research expertise with diverse communities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities, communities of color, communities affected by violence, immigrants, youth and children, rural and urban communities, women, and socioeconomically disadvantaged people. As a small, agile business, we specialize in aggressive timelines.

History
Strength In Numbers Consulting Group, formerly Somjen Frazer Consulting, was founded in 2003. As a woman-owned business, we have been serving progressive non-profit organizations in public health, criminal justice, public engagement and gender and sexuality. We have recently grown to include specialists in advocacy, public policy analysis and governmental affairs, youth, domestic violence, LGBT rights, and immigrant issues.
We are very excited to welcome Jason Cianciotto, Cathy Roche and Chloe Mirzayi. Together we have over 30 years of experience in research, evaluation, grant writing and policy advocacy.
